How do I create my Groov Club account?
Simply download the Groov Club app, click Register on the Login page, add your name and address info and then log in. That’s it – you are now ready to use the app!
How old do I have to be to join Groov Club as a Client?

18 is the minimum age to be a Groov Club Client.

How much does Groov Club cost a Client?
When you book an appointment, you will be charged 10% of the Provider service fee.
What are my payment options for the booking fee?
The preferred method is PayPal but the payment interface does allow for regular credit and debit card transactions.
How do I refer a friend?
Through the Groov Club app, simply click on “Refer A Friend and choose your messaging format. Your friend will receive points for joining and you will receive 5 points for referring a friend!
How does the referral program work?
Every person you share the app with gets you 5 points. Accumulate a total of 40 (share the app with 8 people) points and you will be awarded 50% off your next booking fee. Rewards cannot be stacked, combined.
How many services can I book at once?

You may book any many as your schedule allows and with as many Providers as you wish. Appointments with the same Providers will be placed in separate time slots with separate booking fees for each service.

How do I let the provider know that there are special instructions to get into my building?
Use the Notes field on the purchase Checkout page or use the message function to communicate any special instructions directly to the provider.
What is the service cancellation fee?
Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled date and time will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
Where can I list my allergies?
Relevant allergy information can be entered into the Notes field on the purchase Checkout Page. In addition, you can use the direct messaging feature in the app to communicate directly with your Provider.
How are you dealing with COVID-19?

We recommend that our Providers  follow all CDC guidelines and adhere to state and local regulations.  If you have any concerns, please contact your provider via the app.

If I am booking for a child or family member how can I specify their needs.
Special needs for a child or family member can be entered into the Notes field on the purchase Checkout Page. In addition, you can use the direct messaging feature in the app to communicate directly with your Provider.
What do I do if my Service Provider is late?

You can contact your Groov Club Service Provider via the messaging function to determine why.

What do I do if my Provider doesn’t show up?

If the Provider doesn’t show up you will be credited for your booking fee.

What do I do if I can’t make my appointment?
Reach out to the provider via the messaging function contact your provider ahead of time. If outside the 24-hour window the booking fee will be refunded. No refund within 24 hours window.
Can I book online without a smart phone?
At the present time we don’t offer booking on our website .
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, but normally only if the service area is the same as yours. If the person you are booking for is not in your area, you may manually search for Providers outside your area. Booking in this case requires a direct communication with the Provider to accept an appointment outside their normal service delivery area before the system accepts the booking.

For Providers

How much does Groov Club cost?
Providers only pay a background check fee. There are no monthly fees or transaction charges to the provider .
How long does it take for my Profile to be verified after I apply to be a Provider?
After the necessary documentation has been received (proof of state license where required, etc.) application approval may take from 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location.
Can I list products I use on my profile?
Providers can list products they offer in their Biography.
How do I set vacation days, scheduling, and off hours?
Providers will be able to plan out and list their availability one month in advance.
